Privacy Policy

Mercuri Gaming, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Trayce mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and authentication credentials (stored as a secure password hash; we do not store plain-text passwords).

Sign in with Apple. If you use Apple Sign In, we receive an identifier and may receive your name and email as permitted by Apple.

Tray and scan data. When you use Trayce, we collect photos of surgical trays, timestamps, device metadata (model, OS version, app version), and optional location data associated with captures. We process photos with third-party vision AI to identify instruments and compare inventories.

Usage and technical data. We collect standard server logs (IP address, request paths, timestamps, error codes) to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide tray inventory, vision analysis, and comparison features
  • Authenticate you and maintain your account
  • Improve reliability, security, and support
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us run Trayce, including:

  • Hosting and database (e.g., Replit infrastructure)
  • Object storage for uploaded photos
  • Vision AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) to analyze tray images

These providers process data on our instructions and subject to their terms and security practices. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and tray data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete associated personal data from our systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security backups.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete Account) or contact us at support@mercuri.com.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. International Users

If you use the Service outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
